This unit features three independent drives for the forcing roll, molding roll, and conveyor. It includes adjustable settings for the pressure of the rubber roll, the positioning of the forcing roll, and the scraper. Additionally, it offers digital indication and a solution for recovering the "tail" of the dough piece. The unit is designed with an easily replaceable endless cotton web. With various installation options, it can be fine-tuned to achieve precise and effective dough piece weights while maximizing productivity. It also boasts an attractive exterior and consistent thickness.
