The 3-Roll Sheeter features three sets of rolls with a larger diameter. It operates with an Ac variable speed controlled drive system. Throughout the sheeting process, the rolls efficiently and smoothly convey the dough sheet from the lower roll to the subsequent to gauge roller, final gauge unit, dought sheet relaxation, rotary cutter and scrap lift throuht scrap lift unit, scrap cross conveyor and the scrap return througt scrap return unit to 3 roll dought sheeter hopper.
