Electric Oven
This model utilizes electric components to heat the chamber, achieving the desired baking effect efficiently. Its straightforward design allows for easy maintenance. Additionally, it features PID pulsing control with a solid-state relay, along with thermostats to regulate and maintain a consistent temperature inside the chamber.
The medium used can be either LPG or LNG. Safety features for the baking oven include protective measures for the gas supply system, automatic gas shut-off in the event of ignition failure, alarm warnings for gas leaks, explosion relief systems, automatic flame detection, and ignition systems for each burner, along with a fully automated oven shutdown procedure.
